Friday morning saw a lot of sore heads and bleary eyes.
Crazy Dave spent the morning cleaning out one of the Indian rider's motel room after he set off a dry powder fire extinguisher during the festivities.
After a good hearty breakfast we were back on the road and heading for Melbourne. We arrived in town at about lunchtime. Giving us some time to carry out running repairs, settle in and relax.
Friday night saw the bus pick us up at about 7:30pm, to take us to the banquet, which s held at Dutton's classic car / Porsche dealership. A great night was had by all, with instructions for the Great Race handed out, as well as some prizes for the ride down i.e. most reliable bike, oldest rider etc. I was lucky enough to receive one myself, for a few heart-stopping moments I had on Thursday where I missed two corners in different incidents.
